We developed the CRM that we were missing on the market

We have over 40 years of experience working with sales in various CRM systems. When we couldn’t find a system that met our needs on the market, we developed the CRM system we were looking for ourselves. With CRMdata, we have started a journey in Sweden with an ambition to grow internationally.

Axel Bäckström

CEO and co-founder of CRMdata. With a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Lund University, he possesses a broad understanding of business. He also studied at the renowned IE Business School in Madrid, focusing more on data, AI, and innovation. In his spare time, Axel has furthered his education with courses in data analysis and digitalization.

In addition to his academic background, Axel has practical business experience, having successfully started and run a recruitment company alongside his studies. Prior to that, he worked as a B2B sales representative for business data, consistently exceeding his budget.

Johan Pokorny

Chairman of the Board, Product Manager, and Co-founder of CRMdata. He has been responsible for the development of the new CRM service. Johan developed his first CRM application in his early 20s. Since then, he has worked in sales and business development of various information services.

Johan has worked at Dun & Bradstreet as a Product Manager within Business Marketing Services. There, he was responsible for developing new services and products targeted at the marketing and sales departments of Swedish and Nordic companies. One of his tasks was to initiate and integrate business information into various external CRM systems.

Johan also has experience from several startups. He is, for example, a co-founder of UC Ekonomipublikationer AB (Affärsfakta AB), where he was responsible for business development and the development of the company’s product portfolio. Johan was a partner and board member of UC Ekonomipublikationer until he left the company in December 2008. He is also one of the founders of Valuation Företagsvärderingar AB and Bisdata AB.

Early in his career, he worked for a few years in fund and asset management at a financial company in Stockholm. He holds a BSBA with a focus on finance from Boston University.

Martin Heidendahl

Head of Sales and Co-founder of CRMdata. Martin has 30 years of successful sales experience both as a salesperson and in leading sales roles. Previously, he has worked as a Key Account Manager at Dun & Bradstreet (Bisnode), Sales Manager at UC Ekonomipublikationer (UC Affärsfakta AB), and Sales Manager at Bisdata AB (Valuation).

Martin has extensive experience and has worked daily with various CRM systems, thus understanding the importance of a functional and user-friendly CRM.
