Invoicing and accounting with Fortnox

CRMdata is integrated with Fortnox to provide an efficient process from finding new customers and placing orders to invoicing and accounting.

The integration works as follows:

  • Mark the orders in CRMdata
  • Convert 'order' to 'invoice'
  • Mark all invoices in the list
  • Press 'Invoice'
  • A dialog box for Fortnox opens, log in to Fortnox
  • Orders are automatically transferred and converted to invoices in Fortnox
  • Mark the invoices in Fortnox, record and send the invoices to the customers
