FAQ
Here we have gathered the most common questions and answers. Can’t find the answer to your question?
Are you integrated with any accounting systems?
Yes, we are integrated with the accounting system Fortnox to facilitate invoicing and accounting.
What is the length of the commitment period/contract term?
We have no commitment period or notice period. If you are dissatisfied with the system, you can cancel your subscription on the same day. If you no longer need our service, you should of course not be forced to continue paying. Customer satisfaction and simplicity are our highest priorities.
How quickly can I get started with the system?
You can get started with the system and begin selling within just a few minutes. If you need to transfer data from previous systems, the migration process might take a bit longer. Contact us, and we’ll gladly explain how to make data migration as smooth as possible.
Is support included in the pricing?
Yes, customer support is of course included in the price. We are always just a phone call or email away to help you ensure you have the best CRM experience.
Is all the data in the system from the start?
Yes, the CRM system automatically includes data on all Swedish limited companies at no extra cost, and it is continuously updated. If you want to add companies from outside Sweden and data about them, you can easily do so via the ‘add company’ button.
Is the industry classification based on SNI-codes?
The industry classification we use has been developed through several years of manual work to place companies in their actual respective industries. While SNI codes can provide an overview, they are often somewhat imprecise when it comes to placing certain companies in the correct industry.
Can you tailor the CRM system for our specific needs?
No, CRMdata is primarily a standardized system with a focus on simplicity and the ability to quickly process new customers. If your company needs a customized system, we can gladly recommend you to other CRM solutions that may better suit your needs.
Do we get any walk through of the system before we buy it?
Yes, schedule a demo with us, and we will get back to you within 1-2 days to go through the CRM system and how you can use it to best meet your customer needs. During the demo, we will thoroughly address any questions or concerns you have and will continue to be available to assist you thereafter.
Is there any minimum amount of users needed to get started?
No, you can choose to have a license for just one person if that suits your company best. We have different pricing plans depending on how many licenses you need. You can read more about these on the ‘Pricing‘ tab on this website.
How does the twin search work?
Twins Search is a feature we have developed to find customers that resemble your best customers and prospects. Based on data on all Swedish companies, we analyze which companies share the most common data points with your customer/prospect to recommend the best companies for you to contact.
What is PPP?
PPP stands for Prime Prospect Potential and is a rating system we have developed to easily identify companies with high potential to purchase various services or products. The rating model was developed in collaboration with Ph.D. in Economics Tomas Hjelström. PPP is a five-tier rating based on financial data. The companies are ranked as either PPP, PP, P, P-, or -, with PPP representing the companies with the best potential.
Which companies do you have data on?
We have data on all of Sweden’s over one million companies. We include all company types; limited companies, limited partnerships, trading partnerships, and sole proprietorships. In the near future, we will also incorporate data from the other Nordic countries.
How can you deliver data in accordance with data protection legislation?
CRMdata’s database has a publishing certificate from the Media Authority, which means that we are constitutionally protected and therefore not required to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). CRMdata is thus responsible for all data available in the system.
How do you pay for the service?
We use Stripe as our payment solution. Through Stripe, you can pay using your preferred method, whether it’s by card, invoice, or directly via bank transfer.
